YES.

An SSL certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates a web site's identity and enables an encrypted connection. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser. Security is fundamental to us, so all PushPanda messages, login dialogues and web pages are secured by an SSL certificate. The certificates used by PushPanda are automated certificates from an open certificate authority.

Websites without SSL encryption will NOT be able to send messages with PushPanda.
